657th day of disappearance of James Balao?
To the new President Benigno Aquino III, the former president Gloria Macapagal Arroyo of Philippines, mass media, trade unions and to the international democratic public, to the human rights organizations- please forward this email whereever and whenever you can to strengthen the international protest and solidarity movement for human rights in the Philippines, which people needs for their life in standing up to fight for a liberated world!
On the Monday Demonstration in Stuttgart, Germany, 12th of July 2010 we counted just as it was decided by the Monday-Demonstration Movement Stuttgart in our partnership agreement between the Monday-Demonstration-Movement in Stuttgart and the family Balao and Cordillera People Alliance (CPA) of October 2008- the days of the disappearance of James Balao. Today it was the 657th day of the disappearance of James Balao- what a long time for the family and the friends!
But the fight goes on for justice and against impunity of the responsible leading politicans, and therefore a delegation of France joined the solidarity movement

to the international democratic community.
On Monday 5th of July 2010 the 61 old activist for the liberty of the peoples, Fernando Baldomero, 61 was cowardly shot down on the street. The day before the progressive journalist Joselito Augustin was killed as well on the street. Joselito Augustin is the 102nd journalist killed since your predecessor outgoing President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo took office in 2001. Since May 2010 there are murdered 11 activist of the worker-, environment- and human rights movement :
anti-mining advocate Samson “Mike” Rivera in Calapan City, Mindoro Oriental on May 16
farmer Julio Etang and
farmer Borromeo Cabilis in Mobo, Masbate both on June 1
labor union leader Edward Panganiban in Sta. Rosa, Laguna on June 2
human rights worker Benjamin Bayles in Negros Occidental on June 14
radio journalist Desiderio Camangyan in Many, Davao Oriental on June 14
radio broadcaster Joselito Agustin in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte on June 15
journalist Nestor Bedolido in Digos City, Davao del Sur on June 20
environment activist Fernando Bejino, Negros

Since 2001 more than 1200 activists are extrajudicial killed and we know that more than 300 activists like James Balao are enforced disappeared. This is a secret war against the people of the Philippines. We demand here and now:
Stop political killings at once
Stop the impunity for the coward killers
prosecution of all perpetrators of human rights violations in the Philippines, regardless of any rank, power or affiliation and all the responsible politicians in the rows behind
Stop the counter-insurgency plan “Oplan Bantay Laya” made in USA, that kills respectively the role of imperialistic US-policy worldwide activist out of the public life
Break off at once all secret armies like the Special Groups like the KSK in Calw, Germany, on the Philippines and elsewhere
Stop the secret CIA- organizations killing world wide activists pronounced as Marxist-Leninists or Communists
Stop the psychological lies and the betrays of the US-NEW WAR under the label of the so called „war on terror“
Surface all disappeared activists at once
As the incoming President, we further urge you to secureI trust you to take action in these and other cases and to make good with your promise to prosecute the crimes of the past administration!
Our solidarity is a stronger power for a world of peace and friendship between the peoples without exploitation and oppression!

Am Montag 5.Juli 2010 wurde der Freiheits-Aktivist Fernando Baldomero, 61 Jahre,
auf offener Straße erschossen.Tags zuvor wurde der fortschrittliche Journalist Augustin ebenfalls auf offener Straße von Killern feige ermordet. Joselito Augustin ist der 102. Journalist der auf diese Weise seit 2001 liquidiert wurde, dem Regierungsantritt von Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, Ex-Präsidentin der Philippinen (bis 30.6..2010).
Seit Mai 2010 sind 11 Menschenrechts-, Gewerkschafts- und Umweltaktivisten liquidiert worden:

Seit 2001 sind mehr als 1200 Volks-und Arbeiteraktivisten erschossen worden, die mehr als 300 Verschwundenen wie James Balao nicht mitgerechnet. Das ist ein geheimer Krieg gegen das Volk! Wir fordern hier und jetzt:
– Schluss mit den Morden
– Stopp der Straflosigkeit dieser Mörder und ihrer Hintermänner oder -frauen
– Stopp dem Aufstandsbekämpfungsprogramm “Oplan Bantay Laya” made in USA, das kämpferische Aktivisten aus dem öffentlichen Leben beseitigen soll
– Stopp den geheimen CIA-Armeen, die weltweit kämpferische Aktivisten und
Marxisten-Leninisten/Kommunisten umbringen
– Sofortige Auflösung aller Geheimarmeen wie die der KSK in Calw (Baden- Württemberg), auf den Philippinen und anderswo
– Schluss mit der psychologischen Verhetzung und des NEW WAR-
Konzepts unter dem Deckmantel der Terrorismusbekämpfung
Unsere Solidarität ist eine stärkere Waffe für eine Welt des Friedens und
