699th day of the disappearance of James Balao?

To the new President Benigno Aquino III, the former president Gloria Macapagal Arroyo of Philippines, mass media, trade unions and to the international democratic public, to the human rights organizations-  please forward this email whereever and whenever you can to strengthen the international protest and solidarity movement for human rights in the Philippines, which people needs for their life in standing up to fight for a liberated world!
On the Monday Demonstration in Stuttgart, Germany, 23rd  of August 2010 we counted  as it was decided by the Monday-Demonstration Movement Stuttgart in our partnership agreement between the Monday-Demonstration-Movement  in Stuttgart and the family Balao and Cordillera People Alliance (CPA) of October 2008- the days of the disappearance of James Balao. Today it was the 699th day of the disappearance of James Balao
and soon it will be the 17th of September, the day on which James Balao was enforced disappeared on the street of his hometown La Trinidad by military and secret agents of the state.
It is more than a shame that the responsible former president G.M.Arroyo and the ruling Aquino III didnt say any word to his parents, sisters or brother or to the public explaining what happened to James Balao. But their silence makes them even more guilty. We see the blood on their hands and we see all these violations of human rights, we see the so called counter insurgency programm Oplan Bantay Laya made in USA and all the killings, special in the last months. Some people were full of hope in the new President, but others say, if the new president will realy serve the people as he always says, than he will be murdered as well just like Salvator Allende on the 11th of September 1973 by the CIA.
But we remember that the former president of Argentina and his helpers, that the persons, who were responsible for torture and the death of more than 30 000 activist are nowadays accused for violations against human rights and killings.  Jorge Videla and Luciano Menendez, the leading figures of that dictatorship in Argentina and other 1 400 persons of that military junta  will be jailed into prison… so we hope that this will be the end of impunity. This time will come as well for the ruling and for the former president of the Philippines, we are sure, as this is a matter of justice and of human rights and a matter of people power… we are the people… and we know: the night has 12 hours, than the morning comes with the sunrising… even then, if the night might last sometimes longer as the peoples want!
Stop the impunity for the responsible former president GM Arroyo and the responsible President now!
