797th day of the disappearance of James Balao

To president Benigno Aquino III, former president Gloria Macapagal Arroyo of Philippines, mass media, trade unions and to the international democratic public, to the human rights organizations-  please forward this email where ever and whenever you can to strengthen the international protest and solidarity movement for human rights in the Philippines, which people needs for their life in standing up to fight for a berated world! On the Monday Demonstration in Stuttgart, Germany, 22nd of November 2010 we counted again as it was decided in October 2008 in the partnership agreement between the Monday-Demonstration Movement Stuttgart and the family Balao and Cordillera People Alliance (CPA)  the days of disappearance of James Balao. It is the 797th day of the disappearance of James Balao!

We don´t forget and we still demand for the surface of James Balao and the stop of any impunity! We want to know, what happened at the 17th of September 2008 in the streets of Trinidad, Northern Luzon, as James was enforced disappeared by secret and military services! We want to know if James is death or alive and who is responsible for that violations of human rights. And even if the goverment in the Philippines reject our emails and do just so as our demands would be like the dust in the wind, we hold up our demands and we will blame Arroyo and Aquino III for being political responsible for that.

We are as well in solidarity at the 6th anniversary of the Hacienda Luisita Massacre with all the victims and their families.  On 16 November 2004, the military and security forces of the Hacienda Luisita in Tarlac (Central Luzon) killed  seven agricultural workers who were in the picket line of the strike.  Hacienda Luisita is the 8000 hectare sugar plantation owned by the family of President Benigno Aquino.  We send our greetings of solidarity to the caravan of more  than 35 jeepneys and other vehicles, which travelled on the morning of the 16th from Manila to Hacienda Luisita in Tarlac protesting against that massacre.Touch one.touch all!

On the 25th of November, the international actionsday against the violations against the women worldwide we will remember not only in Stuttgart  on the three sisters Patricia, Minerva and Maria Teresa Mirabel- called the Butterflies- in the Dominican Republic, who were murdered 1960 at this November day by the killers of the dictator Trujillo and his secret services.
