17.09.2011: Never again to Martial Law! Surface James Balao! Justice for all Victims of Human Rights Violations!

September 17 marks the 3rd year since James Balao, founding member of the Cordillera Peoples Alliance was abducted. The Cordillera Human Rights Alliance and the Cordillera Peoples Alliance will be holding an activity to commemorate this day. Attached is an invitation for your organizations to hold solidarity actions on this day in your respective places to further call on the Philippine government to surface James Balao and stop enforced disappearances.
