Die Imperialisten weltweit bereiten aktiv einen III. Weltkrieg vor. Sie zerstören die Einheit von Mensch und Natur mit der Folge einer beginnenden Umweltkatastrophe mit ihren unumkehrbaren Folgen für Mensch und Natur. Aggression nach außen und Unterdrückung im jeweiligen eigenen Land mit einer zunehmenden Rechtsentwicklung und Faschisierung vieler Regierungen. Von Melonie in Italien bis Marcos jr. auf den Philippinen… Sie kriminalisieren den Widerstand des Volkes gegen diese ganze Entwicklung und bezeichnen die die Menschen im Widerstand als „Terroristen“!
In den Philippinen hat der so genannte Anti-Terrorismus-Rat (ATC) mit seiner Resolution Nr. 41 am 7. Juni 2023 Menschenrechtsaktivisten und Kämpfer für echten Umweltschutz als Terroristen eingestuft: Den Vorsitzenden der CPA (Cordillera People’s Alliance) Windel Bolinget (langjähriges Vorstandsmitglied von Kapatiran und Freund der DPF) und drei weitere Aktivisten und Führer der (CPA), Sarah Abellon- Alikes, Jennifer Awingan und Stephen Tauli´. Sie werden sogar beschuldigt, Mitglieder der CPP-NPA zu sein. Darüber hinaus wurden zwei Rechtsanwälte namens Jovencio Tangbawan und May Vargas-Casilao aus Mindanao auf die „Terrorliste“ gesetzt.
Die Deutsch-Philippinische Freunde e.V. sind seit Jahrzehnten mit der CPA und Windel Bolinget befreundet, um sich für eine lebenswerte Zukunft einzusetzen. Windel Bolinget besuchte 2010 Deutschland und nahm an verschiedenen Kongressen und Kundgebungen teil. Er unterstützte die Bewegung gegen das Spekulationsobjekt „Stuttgart 21“ mit seinen Erfahrungen im Kampf gegen den Tagebau auf den Philippinen.
Der sogenannte Anti-Terrorismus-Rat (ATC) verstößt kontinuierlich und offen gegen anerkannte UN-Rechtsgrundsätze: Alle Anschuldigungen werden geheim gehalten! Auch der Zugriff auf die Konten und das Eigentum der CPA wurde aktuell erzwungen (13.7.23). Dies sind Methoden der Geheimen Staatspolizei (GeStaPo) unter der faschistischen Nazi-Diktatur. So sollen Aktivisten mundtot gemacht werden.
Wir fordern:
Stopp der Kriminalisierung von Menschenrechtsaktivisten und Umweltschützern! Rücknahme des Anti-Terror-Gesetzes!
Verteidigen wir die Verteidiger der Menschenrechte!

Resolution of Protest for our friends in CPA

Thank you very much for your information!
Imperialists worldwide are actively preparing a III. World War. They destroy the unity of men and nature with the consequence of a begun environmental catastrophe with its irreversible consequences for men and nature. Aggression to the outside and oppression in the respective own country with an increasing development to the right and fascization of many governments. From Melonie in Italy to Marcos Jr. in the Philippines… They criminalize the resistance of the people against this whole development and call the resisting people „terrorist!“
In the Philippines, on June 7, 2023, the so-called Anti-Terrorism Council (ATC), through its Resolution No. 41, declared human rights activists and campaigners for genuine environmental protection as terrorists: The chairman of CPA Windel Bolinget (long time board member of Kapatiran and friend of DPF) and three other activists and leaders of Cordillera People’s Alliance (CPA), Sarah Abellon- Alikes, Jennifer Awingan and Stephen Tauli. They are even accused of being members of the CPP-NPA. In addition, two lawyers named Jovencio Tangbawan and and May Vargas-Casilao from Mindanao were put on the „terror list“.
The German-Philippine Friends have been friends with the CPA and Windel Bolinget for decades, in advocacy for a livable future. Windel Bolinget visited Germany in 2010 and participated in various congresses and rallies. He supported the movement against the speculative object „Stuttgart 21“ with his experiences in the fight against open pit mining in the Philippines.
The so-called Anti-Terrorism Council (ATC) continuously and openly violates recognized UN legal principles: all accusations are kept secret! Also the access to the accounts and property of the CPA were currently enforced (13.7.23). These are methods of the Secret State Police (GeStaPo) under the fascist Nazi dictatorship. This is how activists are supposed to be silenced.
We demand:
Stop the criminalization of human rights activists and environmentalists! Withdrawal of the anti-terror law!
Let’s defend the defenders of human rights!
Let’s support together the fight against fascism and war! Our solidarity is international! Long live international Solidarity!
