845th day of the disappearance of James Balao?

To president Benigno Aquino III, former president Gloria Macapagal Arroyo of Philippines, mass media, trade unions and to the international democratic public, to the human rights organizations-  please forward this email whereever and whenever you can to strengthen the international protest and solidarity movement for human rights in the Philippines, which people needs for their life in standing up to fight for a liberated world! On the first Monday Demonstration in the New Year 2011 in Stuttgart, Germany, 10th of January 2011 we counted as it was decided in October 2008 in the partnership agreement between the Monday-Demonstration Movement Stuttgart and the family Balao and Cordillera People Alliance (CPA)  the days of disappearance of James Balao. It was the 846th day of the disappearance of James Balao.

This is Bärbel, a physically challenged young woman. She supports the movement since the beginning in August 2004!

On the Mondaydemonstration against the unsocial law Hartz 4 we demanded contineously the surface of James Balao.
We can´t understand and we will never accept, that an activist of the environment and human rights movement is now more than 2 years enforced disappeared and that the responsible politicans did not say any word to that violation of the human rights. No one of them is until now officially accused. But we want to remember, that all dictators will find at least their judge. In December 2010 Videla, the former dictator of Argentina was after more than 30 years of impunity sentenced to prison together with other 28 policemen and securities. Videla was and is responsible for murdering of more than 30.000 democrats in the time from 1976 until 198. He is responsible just like the former president Arroyo and present president Aquino III for that policy against the people of the Philippines: more than 1200 were cowardly killed since 2001 and more than 300 were enforced disappeared-one of them is James Balao!
In the beginning of the New Year 2011 we will confirme our international solidarity with the people of the Philippines on their way to a genuine liberated community. We know that we fight against the same climate-catastrope and the same enemies even if there are very big differences between the Philippines and Germany:
Touch one-touch all!
Stop the killings!
Stop enforced disappearance!
Stop impunity!
